Momma Cougar aka Harvey Street Beast is a cougar from distant forest very far away from Harvey Street. She's anti-heroic character of Harvey Street Kids.

Momma Cougar (Harvey Street Beast) is a creature from Harvey Street's Urban Legends, according to which comes from a distant forest and attacks only during night. Even Harvey Street Raccoons afraid her. She has many names eg: Red Panther, Greeneye or Scarface (because of her scars on left eye). In fact she's a cougar from distant forest very far away from Harvey Street.
Despite bad reputation, she's a mother of two cubs, which befriended with Lotta and she went to Harvey Street just to get her cubs back, which Lotta allegedly abducted them. The Harvey Girls decided to set a trap for Beast and send her back to the forest.
